Here at Petit Playa, our returns rate is a record low (on average 0.5-3% vs. the 20%+ industry average) and this is all thanks to customer feedback and years of improving our designs based on real life feedback (as well as being parents ourselves!).

We encourage you to use the measurements provided and compare them to a similar fabric item in your child's wardrobe (for example, if measuring swimwear ensure you measure against a stretch fabric item or if a dress, compare against a dress with little or no stretch) and lay the item flat and measure using a soft measuring tape.

The Petal Skort features a fully attached bloomer under-layer to give Little Ladies the ultimate in comfort and coverage. This style also includes a soft and wide elasticated waistband with a child-safe fixed bow in contrast grosgrain cotton ribbon. As per safety guidelines, this bow is non-functional and securely fixed. We encourage all parents and caregivers to avoid non-regulatory drawstring waistbands in children's clothing for ages 12 years and under.
