US Shipping
All our US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tennessee and will therefore not incur any international import duties.
Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days - FREE on Orders $150+)
We offer FREE Standard Shipping when you spend $150 or more in one transaction and/or shipment.
For orders under $150, there is a non-refundable charge of $8.00 on all orders of any size.
Delivery to most addresses using Standard Shipping are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days from the time you place your in stock order or once your preorder item(s) ship.
Splitting Mixed Orders - In Stock & Preorders: If placing a 'mixed order' containing both in stock and preorder items, all items will ship once all items are in stock (for example, if you purchase 3 items and 1 is on preorder, all 3 items will ship once that 1 item arrives in stock). If you wish to have your in stock items shipped first and your preorder item(s) once they arrive in stock, you can enjoy a reduced shipping fee on the second shipment at a cost of $6.00 (or FREE if each shipment contains $150+ of product). Once you have placed your mixed order, please get in touch requesting this and the team will arrange for you (please allow 24-48 business hours for the request to be processed. If you need your In Stock items urgently, please simply place a separate order without the discounted shipping rate and we will process a partial refund)
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 2-3 business days from the time you place your in stock order or when your preorder item(s) arrive back in stock. There is a non-refundable flat rate charge of $15 for this service at checkout.
Superior Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
Delivery to most addresses using our Superior Shipping option is expected within 1-2 business days from the time you place your in stock order or when your preorder item(s) arrive back in stock. There is a non-refundable flat rate charge of $40 for this service at checkout.
