UK & Europe Shipping


 

Standard International Shipping (5-12 Business Days - FREE on Orders AU$250+)

We offer FREE Standard Shipping when you spend AU$250 (approximately £127/€147 - check live conversion rates at checkout) or more in one transaction and/or shipment.

For orders under AU$250, there is a non-refundable charge of AU$19.99 on all orders of any size (approximately £10/€12 - check live conversion rates at checkout).

Delivery to most addresses using Standard Shipping are expected to arrive within 5-12 business days from the time you place your in stock order or once your preorder item(s) ship.

Splitting Mixed Orders - In Stock & Preorders: If placing a 'mixed order' containing both in stock and preorder items, all items will ship once all items are in stock (for example, if you purchase 3 items and 1 is on preorder, all 3 items will ship once that 1 item arrives in stock). If you wish to have your in stock items shipped first and your preorder item(s) once they arrive in stock, you can enjoy a reduced shipping fee on the second shipment at a cost of AU$15.00 (or FREE if each shipment contains AU$250+ of product). Once you have placed your mixed order, please get in touch requesting this and the team will arrange for you (please allow 24-48 business hours for the request to be processed. If you need your In Stock items urgently, please simply place a separate order without the discounted shipping rate and we will process a partial refund)

Express Shipping

Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 4-7 business days from the time you place your in stock order or when your preorder item(s) ship.

There is a non-refundable flat rate charge of AU$35 (approximately £18/€20 - check live conversion rates at checkout when placing your order) for this service at checkout.

International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country. See more below. 

 

Premium Express Shipping (Price Upon Request)

We offer a fully custom Premium Express Shipping service through our partner DHL Express, which is expected to arrive within 3-4 business days from the time you place your in stock order or when your preorder item(s) ship. This service is available upon request with a customised quote for the items you wish to purchase, please get in touch noting the items you wish to order, your shipping address and contact details and we will provide a quote for this service within 24 hours.

 

 

International Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties differ for each country and are not payable by Petit Playa. Please check with your local customs authorities prior to any purchase to understand any taxes and duties an order may incur. These charges are payable by the customer when the goods arrive in the country. 

In the event you refuse your goods or to pay the applicable charges set by your local customs authority, your goods will be automatically returned to us and no refund will be honoured however, you will be liable for any excess charges and fees imposed by your local government and/or return shipping costs (an invoice for these additional fees will be sent to the original order email and be due within 14 days of receipt).
